This system has been designed to eliminate the difficulties most commonly encountered in computerising a company's payroll.
The Payroll system has the following features:
At the time of
the installation, our analyst will configure the system to suit the exact requirements
of your company. This means that, your payroll system will not include a huge
list of details that are irrelevant to your needs.
Employees can be searched for, using either their number or their name.
All operator entries are immediately checked by the system and could be easily
changed.
The system keeps track of the procedures that are done, and the procedures that
are to be done, and does not allow the operator to skip a vital procedure or
report.
During the calculation of the payslips, the system considers new employments,
terminations and birthdays.
The system performs all necessary FSS and other calculations automatically.
The system offers flexibility. New employees, terminations or amendments in
employee details can be done after the payslips have been calculated and printed.
All employee details amendments, such as weekly wage, etc., are registered in
an audit file.
The user has the possibility to control the vacation and sick leave entitlements
of each employee. Various functions to display and report this information are
available.
The system takes care to calculate the Government bonuses. It takes into consideration
the employment and termination dates of each employee to compute the correct
amount.
Employees are grouped in departments. This permits the user to issue Payroll
Analysis Reports for each department. Up to ninety-nine departments are allowed.
Certain reports can be imported from a spreadsheet application such as Excel
so that the necessary fields are set up into a spreadsheet and costings can
be made.
here is no restriction on the number of employees that the company may have.
The user can print reports from previous months.
An option to switch between current and previous year enables the user to view
and print reports from the previous year.
The Payroll systems has a backup and restore utility that enables the user to
keep up-to-date backups on the system and restore the necessary data if any
computer malfunctions occur.
The system can be configured to process your payroll in the following frequencies:
- Weekly
- 4 Weekly
- Fortnightly
- Monthly
The system does not have complicated End-of-Year Operations, but requires the minimum of human intervention to close a yearly period and start a new one.
